As a result of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006, states are required to provide public access to sex offender information through the internet to help protect children and communities. In Delaware, Title 11, Sections 4120 and 4121 of the Delaware code requires the Delaware State Police to
maintain a registry of sex offenders available to the public via the internet. This registry is available to you through the State Bureau of Identification.
